It is much easier kids to lose weight than for adult for a number of reasons. The largest reason is metabolism. Kids have a ton of energy allowing them to stay active, they are constantly growing, still developing and hormones are coursing through their body in augmenting amounts as they get older, making it less complicated for them to get rid of excess weight because their body naturally get rid of excess more so than an adult.
